Elmore County Pregnancy Center

The mission of the Elmore County Pregnancy Center is to connect families by providing life-building education, counseling, and support to help them thrive.

Our volunteers, staff, and community partners engage in our mission simply because they want to share what abundant life can look like. Our clients become family to us, and we invite others to join this journey.

The Elmore County Food Pantry is an autonomous 501(c)3 nonprofit organization existing to serve our community by extending a helping hand and providing food, support and love for those facing dire circumstances beyond their control.
The Board and Staff of the Elmore County Food Pantry would like to thank its many volunteers who sacrifice tirelessly in support of  this great ministry.  We would also like to thank our many friends (individuals, churches, civic groups, schools, businesses and organizations) who donate food and funds to this ministry.  The Elmore County Food Pantry could not exist without your help.

Feeding Children Backpack Ministry

Elmore Baptist Association is providing elementary school children in our county with a backpack full of meals and snacks for the weekend, during the school year.  As a pilot program, we will start at Tallassee Elementary beginning February 9th.  Other county elementary schools will be able to participate next school year.

Help pack the food into bags every Thursday at 9 AM (Tallaweka BC), deliver the bags of food to the school each Friday at 1:45 PM, or fill the children’s backpacks every Friday at 2 PM.  To volunteer, please call the EBA office (567-7321) or click the volunteer sigh up link here.  Dr. Gary Merkel of Central BC is our coordinator, and can be reached at 239-233-0341
